Brand Sales Associate

Our Brand Sales Associates, a key part of our team, assist some of the nation’s most recognizable brands in expanding their services and products through a direct sales approach. We are seeking an entry-level Brand Sales Associate who is process-oriented, a quick learner, possesses excellent creative problem-solving skills, and is an exceptional communicator.
Brand Sales Associate Overview at the Entry Level:
- Must be able to verbally articulate our clients’ product offerings to various types of potential consumers to ensure they are reaching their target audience
- Must be able to read and recognize potential consumers needs in order to provide them with a customized experience
- Must show team camaraderie by assisting fellow colleagues in need of help with client information, new sales tactics, and potential new consumer leads
- Must be able to meet full-time work requirements and availability for occasional travel on a quarterly basis
- Must be able to invest additional time to learn new marketing and sales strategies, new client products, and troubleshooting different territories
Desired Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer-facing environments
- A love for high-quality customer experiences and customer engagement
- Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
- Analytical mind, while creatively flexible
- Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies
- Must be flexible in fast-moving, constantly changing environments
- An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation
